Refund Policy

We want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

• Return Window: You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
• Eligibility: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

• Non-returnable items: Sale/clearance items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund.

• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you and process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please contact us immediately at support@levistyle.com with photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
